This equipment is mainly used for the sleeve type/cabin air spring products. It is mainly composed of three parts: automatic fabric cord fixed-length servicer, rubber sheet automatic fixed-length feeding servicer, and building head&platform.
1. The fabric cord in the automatic fixed-length servicer is transported to the front storage roller automatically. The front conveyor roller then transports the fabric cord to the standby area according to the set length, and manually tears off the fabric according to the length. And place it on the sponge platform as per the positioning line.
2. The rubber sheet automatic fixed-length feeding and cutting machine transports the sheet out of the roll and conveys it to the front storage roller automatically. The front conveying roller conveys the sheet to the standby area according to the set length, and been cut by the cutting device. Then tear it off manually and place it on the sponge platform according to the positioning line.
3. After manually placed the sheets and fabric cords according to the positioning line, press the "start" button and it will be automatically wrapped. When the buidling cycle is completed, press the "blow" button to take out the product.

The equipment is composed of fabric cord automatic fixed-length servicer, rubber sheet automatic fixed-length servicer and cutting device, and sleeve building head&platform.
Fabric cord automatic fixed-length servicer inlcuding: frame, fabric cord winding up device, brake(for adjusting the fabric cord tension), peeling off device(for seperating the fabric cord and rubber sheet), and setting length fabric cord conveying device.
Rubber sheet automatic fixed-length servicer and cutting device including: frame, rubber sheet winding up device, brake, peeling off device, setting length rubber sheet conveying device, and cutting device.
Building head & platform machine including: frame, building platform, laser positioning lights(the angle and laser width can be set), building head, and presing roller device(according to the prducts, you can select whether need to press or no).
Electronic control: The main control adopts PLC (Mitsubishi) programming, and HMI adopts dual touch screens (Mitsubishi), and the building, rubber sheet and fabric cord conveying are controlled separately. There is a storage function to save the specification parameters. Buttons are installed at the corresponding positions of the building machine for easy operation.
