Air spring building machine technical specification-Platform type

The equipment is mainly used for forming semi-finished rubber air spring. The machine including main base, machine body, spindle, forming table, pressing mechanism, infrared light control mechanism. Before production, the operator selects the corresponding specification of the air spring to be produced on the touch screen, then change the building head as per the corresponding specification. After pressing the "reset" button, the equipment and indicator light will automatically switch to the corresponding specification parameters, and the press the button "automatic". After preparation, operator only needs to put No.1 film in the forming table lamp line, press the "start" , the film will be automatically wrapped. Then the light wil be changed for the fabric cord and repeat the above operation to the No. 2 film. After building, press "blow" button to remove product. 

Building head & platform machine including: frame, building platform, laser positioning lights(the angle and laser width can be set), building head, and presing roller device(according to the prducts, you can select whether need to press or no).
