For combined rolling lobe air spring bladder building, laminating and turn down & turn up.
It adopts the single-stage building method (building and turn down & turn up are done on one machine) and automatic start the bladder turn down &turn up. Big ring uses mechanical rollers and the double-folded drum head to proceed the turn-up. Small ring uses figure pieces and turn up bladder to proceed the turn-down. Machine is equipped with two press down roller device which is driven by pneumatic cyclinder to move upward and downward. Two servo motors drive the drum head rotation respectively and move left and right to proceed the film pressing, so that the air bubble can be pressed out.
Combined rolling lobe air spring building machine adopts double-folded plate structure and both ends using automatic turn up. Big ring is placed at the back side of the fixes clamping rack and is automatically positioning. Small ring is also placed at the back side of the ring set and is automatically positioning along with the head bayonet action. The expansiondrum, the small ring turning down and tailstock movements are all driven by hydraulic, that is more stable and reliable.
