This machine adopts laminating rollers to help rubber lamination. The main shaft is driven by the servomotor and rotates according to the set number of turns to finish the rubber lamination. The head is equipped with blowing function, and the head is evenly distributed with multiple groups of small holes. The head is controlled by solenoid valve to blow air and assist to discharge the bladder. The head and the main shaft are fixed by bolts, and the different size of heads can be replaced.The sketch drawing of the equipment is shown in the below.
